How to Apply for Assistance

The Foundation does not have an application form. Instead, 6 copies of a full proposal for funding should be submitted as a letter of approximately 3 pages in length describing the program for which funds are being requested. In addition, include an institution overview, project budget and a copy of the organization's 501(c)3 ruling from the IRS. Do not send any additional material with your proposal.

Please note that the Foundation is unable to make grants directly to individuals.
