How to Apply for Assistance

The Foundation does not have an application form. Instead, 7 copies of a full proposal for funding can be submitted. Each full proposal should include a cover letter, a request for funding of aproximately 3 pages in length describing the program for which support is sought, . as well as an institution overview, project budget, and a copy of the organization's 501(c)3 ruling from the IRS. Do not send any additional material with your proposal.

Please note that the Foundation is unable to make grants directly to individuals.
